Thyriod Function & Flouride in UK water. Bad news if you have low thyroid function - hyperthyriodism

Who knew that the water in the UK is filled with so much fluoride, and that in the 1970s doctors used fluoride to treat an over active thyroid gland.
So if you are like me, and you have an under active thyroid, if you drink a lot of tap water, with fluoride, it could greatly impair your thyroid function, and lead to weight gain, anxiety, stomach problems (IBS), joint pain, fatigue, food intolerance, feeling cold all the time, strange pin pricks in the toes.
Tap water is great, but if  the fluoride is effecting my thyroid function, what the hell am I doing drinking it?
